The breath is also a vehicle for deep exploration of the subconscious. It connects us to our inner knowing, it brings us back home.

I remembered breathwork, and through it, I am remembering and re-membering myself. The breath has always been of primary importance for me. My yoga and martial arts practices certainly refined my awareness of it, but the magical practice of breathwork itself is something else. For me, there is no going back!
As a holistic, somatic ritual, it has been guiding me through life and all its challenges, including anxiety and panic attacks.
